We will send an e-mail automatically as a confirmation of your reservation. Even if you do not recieve the e-mail due to spam or wrong address, your reservation is confirmed.

• Our staffs can not speak English well, but we will communicate with you by English translation tools.
• Reservations only. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate drop-ins.
• Due to high demand during weekends and holidays there might be a waiting list if you don't book in advance. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
• Before you begin your treatment you will receive a counseling session and a welcome drink, but for your sake we ask you to be on time. If you arrive early you might have to wait a little while.
• If you're late for your appointment, we might have to cut down on the time for the counseling or change the course for a shorter one. If you're too late to receive any course, we will have to cancel the session. There is a cancellation fee, so please keep this in mind.
• If you are under 4 months pregnant we recommend that you wait with your visit to our salon.
• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate customers with hair extensions.
• Since oil neck massages are a part of our treatments, shirts with high collars such as turtlenecks are not recommended. It's better to wear something loose and just relax.
• We unfortunately have no waiting room for non-customers.

Since we are a reservation-only establishment, please keep these things in mind:

• We do not accept tentative reservations.
• If you would like to cancel, we ask you to contact us 3 days before your reservation and before 10 am.
• In case of cancellations or changes in your reservation, please inform us by replying to the confirmation email that you received when book.
• You can only change your reservation one time per booking.
• If you are looking to change/cancel your reservation but are not able to inform us within 3 days and before 10 am, there will be a changing/cancellation fee (see below table).
