There is no need to arrive early whether you're a first time customer or repeating customer.

For the regular treatments there is no need to change your clothes. If you selected our Oil Neck Massage we recommend that you don't wear shirts with high collars, such as turtlenecks. For our optional Corte and Luxury courses we ask you to use our changing rooms before the treatment.

Of course! A head spa treatment is not exclusively for women. We have male customers who are extremely pleased with their experience with us.

We're very sorry but for customers arriving by car we have to ask you to use the coin operated parking spot located nearby.

Yes(except Hiroo salon), for 2 people we ask you to make a reservation. Additionally, our gift lineup for birthdays, anniversaries etc. are very popular. There are times when your reservation might overlap a little with other customers, we apologize and ask for your understanding if this occurs.

If you upload to your Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc regarding our salon, we will present shampoo(50ml bottle) for you. We can take pictures for you during treatment ("mist spa" time only).

It depends a lot on the customer's hair, what course you select and to what degree you take care of your hair at home. It is hard to give a definite answer, but in general around 2 weeks.
For customers with sensitive hair/scalps who experience some pain the duration will be shorter.
Our treatments are popular with customers with a lot of different kinds of hair types, but it is unfortunately impossible to account for all of them.
If you use our any of our Home Care products, the duration will be considerably longer.

Not necessarily. However, to be sure that you won't lose any color or effects from your perm, we advise you to wait at least 3 days before you come to us.

In general, no. However, we recommend that after you've had a hair straightening done you should wait 3 days before doing the color course.

They are all available at our stores. If you have just received a treatment from us, you will be able to buy them at a discounted price.

Your therapist will do a basic drying and then you're free to set your hair as you want it.
There are a number of different curling/flat irons and blow dryers available for you afterwards, if you would like to set your hair right there.
