Please keep in mind that only four treatments are available for foreign customers who do not speak Japanese, because it takes a long time to communicate with each other and it takes a long time to do head spa treatment due to differences in hair type.
All treatments have scalp cleansing, scalp massage, and hair treatment. The duration of each of these procedures varies from each treatment.
The listed 'required time' is an approximate of the total time from the moment you arrive up until the moment you leave the salon. Before the treatment we ask you to fill out a counseling sheet (if you're a first time customer), you are then treated to a welcome drink and one of our therapists will have a counseling session with you to determine which treatment would suit you the best.
After the treatment the therapist will dry your hair, have an after-treatment counseling and you're free to style your hair using any of our available styling tools (Keep in mind that you need to style it by yourself finaly). Lastly, we offer you an 'after drink' and hope to see you again!
Counseling and drying your hair is not included in the treatment time.
