Do I get the certificate after completing [A] only?

No. You can get it when you complete [B] or [C]. But, [A] must be completed before the enrollment of [B] or [C].

Do I need to complete all three things (A,B, and C) to get the certificate?

No. Certificates will be issued by each course. So, if you completed [A], we will send the certificate of [A].

Do I have to do the [B] or [C] after completing [A]?

Not absolutely necessary. If you need further training after you completed [A], you can enroll in [B] or [C].

Can I do the [B] or [C] before completing [A]?

No. The content of [B] or [C] is individually designed for each salon based on its treatment skill level. In order to achieve results in a short period, you need to learn the basics of head SPA in advance. That's why [A] must be completed before the enrollment of [B] or [C].

I am wondering whether only [A] would be sufficient for learning.

Of course, you will be able to learn more deeply if you take [B] or [C]. But [B] and [C] costs a lot of money. In our opinion, regardless of whether you take [B] or [C], you need to learn the basics of head SPA in advance.
Most of our students completed [A] open and manage their salons without [B] or [C].

Is the course only for people who are already working in a salon currently or is it for anyone?

No. Everyone is available.

When can I start the online course?

Anytime you prefer. Materials will be automatically sent by email at the same time the fee is paid.

How long does the course take?

Minimum learning process takes 1-2 weeks and maxmum 6 months depending on your pace of learning.

Is it possible to view materials and videos even after 6 months?

Of course. All materials will be available even after 6 months of learning deadline period to practice more to improve your skills.

How can I get the certificate?

You need to submit all assignments within 6 months.

How do you deliver the certificate?

We will deliver the original certificate using Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.. We can also send the PDF file by email.

Can I pay in USD?

Sorry no. Payments are accepted in Japanese yen only.

Are there any payment methods other than credit card?

Basically no. But if you cannot use your credit card, feel free to let us know. We will inform you how to send money overseas by bank. Paypal is not available.

Is it possible to cancel after payment?

Cancellation after clicking the "Pay & Enroll" button is not possible for any reason, including misunderstanding of the amounts etc, because these are digital contents.

What language are the materials and videos in?

English only. But no problem for non-native English Speakers.
There is no audio explanation in the videos, but the handbook provides more details in English. Therefore, even those with limited knowledge of English can study easily by using translation tools.

What I would like to know is do you provide training on scalp analysis?

Yes we do. There is an explanation of scalp conditions on pages 8-10 of this handbook.

What are the assignments of the online course?

[1] Head Spa Learning Textbook
(1) Please check the relevant laws and report if there are any legal problems in providing a head spa in your country.
(2) Write down what you think customers expect to get out of head spa treatments.
[2] Japanese Customer Service Textbook
(1) Let's create a management policy for your salon.
(2) Let's create a basic policy for your salon.
(3) Let's create a philosophy of conduct for your salon.
[3] Handbook and videos on Head Spa Techniques
Design the core course at your salon and set the time for each part.

Please submit all assignments by email. You must submit your assignments within 6 months from the enrollment day.

Can you please consult us regarding the head spa equipment?

We provide an extra material "Comparison of Japanese Head SPA Equipment".

Can you check my head SPA techniche?

Yes, but as long as within 6 months of your enrollment.(If you need support after that, it is possible to postpone it by paying a monthly fee of JPY5,000.) Our professional head SPAnists will evaluate your skill. We will check your videotaped treatment and provide feedback.

Where can I do the in person training? Can I do it in our town?

No. Tokyo only.

How is the content of that course?

The content of [B] or [C] is individually designed for each salon based on its treatment skill level.

Is there a set schedule for that course?

No. But please let us know at least 1 month before your desired date because we will design the contents individually.

Are there other participants in this course?

No. You and your salon staff only.

You say that the price is the same for 1 to 4 students, but wouldn't it be cheaper if only one person participated?

Sorry no. We hope you understand that our efforts and expenses will be the same even if participants are between 1 and 4, and we need to close our salon.

You say that the course duration is 2 days, but is it possible to extend?

Yes. Curriculum customization is available upon request. Even then the longest course duration will be 4 days. Please note that an additional fee will be charged.

What kind of support can you provide other than head SPA treatment training?

Staff training, advice on store image (interior work) and equipment etc. We will design the content according to your request.

Can I become a franchisee of your head SPA salon "Belle Cheveu"?

We are sorry that we are not currently franchising. However, if you have a strong interest in franchising in your country, please give us a presentation on your business plan to us for consideration.

Are these produces at wholesale prices?

Yes. 40% discounted from the Japanese retail price.

What other charges need in addition to the product price?

Our shopping site uses a system called "WorldShopping BIZ" operated by a different company than us. They make purchases on our shopping site on your behalf and deliver our products to you.
A system usage fee in the amount of 10% of the product price, as well as shipping costs to your country will be charged.

Can you help me with delivery problems?
